Eligibility

Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Residency: This giveaway is open to legal homeowners of Arizona. Participants whose primary residence is outside of the state of Arizona are eligible only if on the deed of an Arizona residence.
Employees and Affiliates: Employees of Vertex Roofing Inc. and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter

Entry Method: To enter, complete the contact form on https://www.vertexroofing.com/promo/ or call 602-932-6848 to schedule an appointment.
Entry Qualification: Your roofing appointment must be completed, our records will be internally updated, and you’ll receive an entry to the giveaway. A completed roofing appointment will qualify when all individuals who are listed on the deed of the home are present for the appointment.
Entry Period: The giveaway begins on 8/15/2024 and ends on 8/25/2024. Appointments scheduled and completed after the end date will not be considered.
Limitations: Participants may enter the giveaway for any Arizona homeownership verification.
No Purchase Necessary: Purchase of any product or service is not required to enter or win.

Prize

Description: The prize for this giveaway is two lower-level tickets to the Arizona Diamondbacks game scheduled to play at Chase Field on September 1, 2024 against the Los Angeles Dodgers. Location of tickets are to be determined.
Approximate Value: The approximate retail value of the prize is $500.
No Cash Substitution: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize.

Winner Selection and Notification

Selection Process: Winners will be selected through a random drawing/selection process from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
Notification: Winner will be notified via email and contact phone number by way of call or text message within two days of the end of the giveaway period.
Verification: Winner may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility. Failure to respond or provide the required information within two days of notification may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

General Conditions

Publicity: By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow Vertex Roofing Inc. to use their name, likeness, and entry materials for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Disqualification: Vertex Roofing Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or in violation of these rules.

Waiver of Rights: Winners agree to waive any and all rights to claim any further compensation or relief from Vertex Roofing Inc. and to hold Vertex Roofing Inc.  harmless from any claims, demands, and liabilities related to their participation in the giveaway and the receipt or use of the prize.
Transportation Responsibility: Winners are solely responsible for arranging and paying for any transportation required to claim or use the prize. Vertex Roofing Inc. will not be responsible for any travel-related expenses or issues that may arise.
